Coventry Building Society is seeking a Business Development Manager to cover postcodes north-west of Central London, including St Albans, Enfield, Harrow and more. The role focuses on promoting our intermediary strategy and building lasting broker relationships through consultative engagement.

It is a field-based role working with senior stakeholders; driving high-quality appointments and growth in the intermediary market without hard sales targets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a business development manager or telephone business development manager.
• Strong mortgage intermediary experience.
• Ability to build long-term relationships in a consultative way.
• Solid understanding of the UK mortgage market and commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
