Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Business Development Manager for Mortgages - Intermediary Partnerships to grow our intermediary channel across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. You will build and nurture relationships with mortgage intermediaries, using data insights to identify growth opportunities and to help achieve regional acquisition forecasts.

You will travel daily within the territory and attend regional meetings twice a month, working with internal teams to refine the intermediary

Qualifications

• Experience in UK intermediary mortgage market or similar roles.
• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Willingness to travel daily within territory and to regional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term relationships with mortgage intermediaries.
• Identify opportunities to grow market share using performance data.
• Coordinate campaigns and presentations at events and online.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve intermediary proposition.
• Ensure strong customer experience across partnerships.
