The Co-operative Bank is seeking a Business Development Manager to manage a patch across AL EN HA HP LU SG SL UB WD, covering St Albans, Enfield, Harrow, Hemel Hempstead, Luton, Stevenage, Slough, Uxbridge and Watford. This field-based position requires strong broker relationships and a consultative, non-sales-driven approach to grow mortgage intermediary opportunities.

You will collaborate with the telephone team and other colleagues to improve the quality and volume of mortgage applications,

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage intermediary sector.
• Ability to build long-term business relationships in a consultative way.
• Strong understanding of UK mortgage market.
