Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Business Development Manager, Mortgages - Intermediary Partnerships to grow key external mortgage intermediary relationships across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. Qualifications

• Experience in UK intermediary mortgage markets or similar mortgage-related roles.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities and influence stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel daily within Hertfordshire and attend regional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Build deep long-term relationships with mortgage intermediaries across the territory using face-to-face, telephony and online engagement.
• Identify opportunities to develop business and increase market share using MI and performance data.
• Establish relationships across intermediary firms including Admin Brokers Sales Managers and MDs.
• Coordinate activities with networks including campaigns and presentations at events and online.
• Share insights with internal stakeholders to improve the intermediary proposition.
• Deliver strong customer experience and service levels across partnerships.
• Influence stakeholders to deliver mortgage acquisition forecasts while managing multiple relationships at different levels.
• Monitor sales credit quality and risk KPIs and maintain key controls over TPMI activity.
