HSBC Holdings plc aims to strengthen mortgage intermediary partnerships across Hertfordshire and North London. The Business Development Manager will grow relationships with external mortgage intermediary partners, generate lending opportunities, and deliver against operational plans and forecasts.

You will collaborate with internal teams, travel daily across the territory, and provide market feedback to shape the intermediary proposition while maintaining high service levels and robust risk

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Business Development Manager in the UK Intermediary Mortgage Market or mortgage-related roles.
• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and negotiate with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across the territory and attend regional team meetings.

• Build and nurture relationships with mortgage intermediaries across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.
• Identify opportunities to grow market share by interpreting MI and performance data.
• Coordinate campaigns and presentations with intermediary networks.
• Support internal teams and share insights to improve the proposition.
• Deliver strong customer experience and service levels.
• Monitor KPIs and manage risk in line with regulatory guidance.
