Job summary

Coventry Building Society is seeking a Business Development Manager to cover the DH, DL, NE, SR, TS and YO postcode areas including Durham, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, Sunderland, Teesside and York. The role focuses on promoting the Intermediary strategy through a blend of face-to-face and virtual engagement with mortgage intermediary partners.

Qualifications

Experience in the mortgage intermediary sector.
Strong ability to build long-term business relationships.
Solid knowledge of the UK mortgage market.
Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
Excellent communication with professionals at all levels.

Responsibilities

Promote the Intermediary strategy across designated postcode areas.
Develop and manage broker relationships to generate opportunities.
Collaborate with broker firms and Coventry teams to deliver value.
Plan and secure high-quality appointments through consultative approaches.
Operate field-based with a diary and driving to cover travel patch.
