The Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa in Thame, near Oxford, is seeking a proactive sales and events advisor to maximise bedroom, meetings and events revenue. You will be the first impression for guests, building relationships with clients and driving bookings while delivering exceptional service.

You will work to KPI targets, collaborate with teams across the hotel, and contribute to a high-performing events and sales culture in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales related role, ideally within hospitality.
• KPI and target driven.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and think outside the box.

Responsibilities

• Maximise bedroom, meetings and events revenue through bookings and enquiries.
• Proactively promoting the hotel whilst meeting client expectations.
