Job summary

Thwaites in the West of England is seeking a Sales Co-ordinator to support conference, events and bedroom sales under the Sales Office Manager. You will build relationships with agents and guests, advise on hotel facilities, and respond with tailored proposals.

You will manage bookings from enquiry to handover to operations, learn rate strategies, and participate in hotel show rounds, delivering warm hospitality and contributing to sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Forge great relationships with agents and guests.
• Respond to enquiries with proposals tailored to guests’ needs.
• Manage bookings from initial enquiry through to handover to operations.
• Develop knowledge of bedrooms, conference and events products and rate strategies.
• Conduct hotel show rounds to showcase the hotel’s selling points.
• Communicate with guests with warmth and hospitality to deliver an authentic experience.
• Work as part of a sales team to drive and achieve sales targets.
