Job summary

Cotswold Inns & Hotels is seeking a Sales & Events Manager to drive pre-booked revenue and oversee event delivery across our pubs and hotels in the West Oxfordshire area. You will manage customer relationships, coordinate event delivery, and collaborate with internal teams to maximise bookings and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong sales and hospitality experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple events.

Qualifications

• Experience in events or hospitality sales is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple events and accounts.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Execute pre-booked strategy and deliver revenue targets.
• Drive additional business through outbound activity.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide performance reports.
• Manage event systems (Collins, Atreemo, Tonic).
• Lead delivery of bespoke events throughout the year.
• Recruit and develop sales & events coordinator where applicable.
• Provide excellent customer service in-person and via email/phone.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure successful bookings.
