Job summary

ISS is seeking a highly organised Technical Coordinator to plan, coordinate and communicate planned maintenance activities with stakeholders in advance, ensuring schedules align with service requirements. The role connects client needs with operational capabilities and supports engineering with accurate information to drive high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating maintenance or operations activities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with numerical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities and ensure stakeholder-approved schedules.
• Manage communications relating to out-of-hours and disruptive works with timely notices and updates.
• Maintain and update forward maintenance registers and access schedules.
• Liaise with service desk teams and site stakeholders to support service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate communication of maintenance activities to engineering teams and monitor KPIs.
