Job summary

CV Consulting Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Planner / Stores Coordinator to join our engineering team. The role focuses on developing and managing the preventative maintenance plan and supporting the stores function for critical spares and parts, ensuring timely availability.

You will work with the engineering team using our Stores Management and Asset Master system to manage parts, assets, maintenance requirements and data. KPIs and daily 08:00 updates are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning or stores management.
• Understanding of parts, spares and procurement processes.
• Ability to manage KPI data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance activities.
• Manage engineering stores, spares and stock.
• Book, receive and issue parts; chase outstanding orders.
• Work with suppliers to secure timely deliveries and best value.
• Maintain accurate records and KPI data; provide daily updates.
