Job summary

Qualifications

• CMMS and Maintenance Planning experience (SHIRE preferred, not essential).
• Strong organisational skills with ability to plan resources and coordinate people.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance shutdown coordination and establish best engineering practices.
• Control and populate the engineering shift plan for all personnel, including contractors.
• Chair weekly scheduling meetings for planned activities.
• Prioritise a work backlog for maintenance activities and engineering tasks.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor/Manager and Operations to schedule work for reliability.
• liaise with production and central functions to ensure routine maintenance is planned and costed efficiently.
