Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking an organised Supply Chain Coordinator to support reactive and planned maintenance services. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage work orders and ensure services meet contractual requirements in a fast-paced environment.

You will use data and reporting to monitor KPIs, raise purchase orders, and collaborate with account teams, contract managers and helpdesk colleagues to maintain accurate CAFM records and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong administration, customer service and coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors.
• Experience with CAFM data reporting and systems.
• Understanding of KPIs, SLAs and cost control.
• Facilities management background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate subcontractors for reactive and planned maintenance.
• Schedule, track and manage work orders from instruction to completion.
• Raise purchase orders and ensure value-for-money.
• Run performance reports, monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Maintain accurate CAFM records and ensure contractual compliance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Follow health, safety and information security policies.
• Identify and report risks and training needs.
