Sponge is seeking a Learning Experience Consultant (LExC) to drive strategic learning solutions for world-class brands. You will craft learning strategies, partner with senior stakeholders, and design engagements that move business metrics through unforgettable learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated consultative experience in designing and implementing impactful learning solutions.
• Experience in an agency environment – working with a variety of customers and industries in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Deep knowledge of latest approaches to learning theory and practice. Strong knowledge of trends in HR and workplace learning.
• Significant experience working in a service delivery environment.

Responsabilités

• Design bespoke solutions which reflect the Unforgettable Learning brand and human-centred design principles, solving specific learner needs and client challenges.
• Apply best practices in learning (neuroscience, cognitive psychology, pedagogy, behavioural science) to develop credible solutions.
• Support clients in realising meaningful behavioural change with measurable results.
• Contribute to sales efforts by supporting discovery calls, proposals, and client pitches.
• Lead consultative engagements, assess skill gaps, and design effective learning experiences.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to advance learning strategies.
• Advocate for Sponge internally and externally, sharing thought leadership and helping improve processes.
