Job summary

Domestic & General Group is seeking a senior Learning Experience Specialist to design, build and evolve modern learning experiences across digital, blended and performance formats. You will shape governance, standards and the learning ecosystem while collaborating with global stakeholders to drive performance and engagement.

The role involves leading the learning technology agenda, experimenting with AI tools, and delivering scalable programs that improve colleague capability and business

Qualifications

• Advanced instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience working with global stakeholders on learning initiatives.
• Expertise in learning architecture and ecosystem design.
• Proficiency with LMS, AI-enabled tools, authoring tools and digital learning platforms.
• Ability to implement governance frameworks and scalable learning methodologies.
• Skill in human-centred design and learner journey mapping.
• Experience with learning analytics, evaluation and measuring business impact.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the future learning vision and operating model for D&G.
• Design, develop and implement innovative learning solutions across digital, blended and performance formats.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to diagnose capability gaps and propose solutions.
• Define and evolve learning design methodologies, standards and frameworks.
• Establish governance to ensure consistency, quality and scalability.
• Evaluate and pilot new learning technologies, including AI tools and digital capabilities.
• Act as SME for the learning tech ecosystem and standards.
• Apply human-centred design to improve learner experiences.
• Develop learning solutions using media such as eLearning, simulations, video and performance support.
