Job summary

NAVEX is seeking a Sales Learning Manager to design, manage, and deliver sales learning programmes that boost seller capability and drive measurable performance. You’ll work with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing and HR to close capability gaps and scale programs globally.

The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise with strong program management, stakeholder alignment, and business acumen, thriving in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field or experience.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in sales training, enablement, or L&D.
• Proven ability to design and run learning programs from strategy to evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience supporting SaaS sales organizations; Sandler preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of sales learning programmes from needs analysis to iteration.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to identify gaps and propose interventions.
• Design engaging learning using blended, microlearning, and practice approaches.
• Develop assets: facilitator guides, materials, job aids, reinforcement plans.
• Measure impact with metrics on participation, knowledge, and business outcomes.
