Job summary

QA Limited is seeking a Senior Learning Solutions Consultant to deliver consulting services, design and develop blended learning solutions for government and other clients, and lead complex engagements from requirements to evaluation.

Based in London or Cheltenham, you will grow client relationships, mentor junior consultants, prepare bids, and travel to client sites with some remote work when not on site.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting skills covering requirements elicitation, scoping, design, development and evaluation.
• Experience establishing enduring client relationships at senior levels and trusted advisor to decision makers.
• Ability to generate new opportunities and articulate L&D value to stakeholders.
• Instructional design experience and ability to design learning solutions for clients.
• Confidence discussing tech and digital skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to elicit scope, requirements and constraints from a client and define learning objectives.
• Ability to perform learning needs analysis across disciplines and roles.
• Experience designing learning pathways or programmes and individual learning products.
• Familiar with learning evaluation methodologies and selecting approaches per client requirements.
• Comfort in technical/digital environments and advising on digital skills.
• Ability to write formal documents to a high standard and present with impact.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior consultants.

Responsibilities

• Perform L&D consulting engagements with government and other clients, building trust and delivering on expectations.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to establish trusted advisor status and grow opportunities.
• Capture requirements and define learning outcomes to meet client needs.
• Scope, design, develop and deliver innovative learning solutions for clients.
• Develop assessments and evaluations to measure programmes against organisational aims.
• Prepare bids, tenders, proposals and presentations with SMEs and contribute to thought leadership.
• Mentor junior consultants and travel to client sites, with some work-from-home when not on site.
