Job summary

Common Purpose is seeking an experienced Learning Facilitator & Client Consultant to join our team. You’ll work with clients to design and deliver experiential learning that translates into real organisational change.

You’ll engage a diverse range of participants, design meaningful experiences, and connect what happens in programmes to practical outcomes for organisations, across the UK and beyond. This permanent, full-time role offers a flexible working environment and a competitive salary

Responsibilities

• Working with clients to understand their learning needs and translate organisational needs into meaningful learning experiences
• Contributing to learning design and proposals, shaping programme journeys, learning objectives, activities and approaches
• Designing and curating learning experiences to be distinctive and purposeful
• Sourcing and working with contributors, briefing them effectively and drawing out their contribution before, during and after programmes
• Contributing confidently to client pitches – explaining the thinking behind our approach and how experiential learning meets client needs
