Job summary

Yorkshire Water is seeking a Supply Chain Strategy & Integration Manager to join the Commercial Services - Finance team in Bradford, with plans to move to Leeds in 2026. This permanent role offers 37 hours per week, hybrid working and a competitive salary (£60,000 - £65,000).

You will act as a strategic adviser to senior leaders, lead demand intelligence, and shape commercial strategies across AMP8. Strong stakeholder engagement and a proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in strategic procurement and supply chain across large-scale infrastructure.
• Experience informing senior leadership on programme deliverability and market conditions.
• Proven ability to translate complex challenges into clear commercial solutions.
• Knowledge of UK water sector regulations and delivery frameworks.
• Experience with category management and supplier relationship management.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic adviser to senior leaders on programme deliverability and market conditions.
• Lead demand intelligence to improve visibility and readiness for future delivery.
• Provide an integrated view of future demand, procurement pipelines and supply chain resilience.
• Identify risks, opportunities and delivery constraints through market intelligence and engagement.
• Shape commercial strategies to drive integrated and resilient programme delivery.
• Lead supplier engagement and the Supply Chain Hub to strengthen collaboration.
• Drive integration across programme, engineering, commercial and operations teams.
• Promote continuous improvement through effective commercial approaches and supplier relationships.
