Yorkshire Water is recruiting a Business Change Lead on a six-month fixed term contract, full time (37 hours, Mon-Fri, 8:00–18:00) with hybrid working Leeds. You will deliver people-centric change across operating models, engaging stakeholders, and guiding teams through change using proven methodologies to land benefits and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Significant experience of managing people centric transformational change in large organisations.
• Experience delivering and embedding change that influences culture and behaviours.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead impact assessments and business readiness activities for designated areas.
• Develop and deliver business change plans in collaboration with programme managers.
• Own communications and engagement strategies to prepare the business for change.
