Job summary

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is recruiting for a Learning and Development Transition Manager to lead the AFRS learning strategy in Westminster. This temporary 6-month role requires hybrid work, with 2-3 days onsite weekly, and SC clearance eligibility.

You will oversee a team of specialists and instructional designers to implement DSAT-based learning across civilian and military personnel. The role focuses on design, development, and deployment of learning solutions, stakeholder alignment,

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Learning & Development leadership roles, particularly within Defence or Government sectors.
• Strong knowledge of DSAT and managing apprenticeship programmes.
• Proven ability to conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and capability assessments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AFRS learning strategy and transition plan.
• Design and deliver innovative learning programmes for civilian and military personnel.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee apprenticeship delivery and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Utilise performance data to drive continuous improvement in learning outcomes.
