Qualifications

• Experience delivering learning and development programmes.
• Ability to design, develop and deliver learning experiences.
• Strong coaching and training delivery skills.
• Ability to use data to identify training needs and measure effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality security training at all levels as required.
• Deliver engaging classroom training and inductions.
• Develop and deliver training programmes aligned with Work Instructions and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with operational stakeholders to identify training needs using data insights.
• Ensure training content is updated for regulatory or business changes.
• Work with Digital Learning team to provide content and objectives for e-learnings.
• Create and run competency-based assessments.
• Monitor and evaluate learning programmes and implement improvements.
