G's Group is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to design, deliver, and embed learning solutions that support individual growth and organisational success. You will work with leaders, HR colleagues, and external partners to ensure our people have the skills and opportunities they need to thrive.

This role combines learning programme design and delivery with talent management, succession planning, and strategic people development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Talent Management, or a similar role.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering successful learning programmes.
• Knowledge of talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning and development needs across the business in partnership with managers and key stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve learning programmes, including onboarding and leadership development.
• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations.
• Introduce innovative learning methods, including digital and blended learning solutions.
• Support the development and delivery of talent management initiatives across the business.
• Measure and evaluate the impact of learning interventions.
