Job summary

G's Group is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to design, deliver and embed learning solutions that support individual growth and organisational success.

You'll work with leaders, HR colleagues and external partners to ensure our people gain the skills and opportunities they need to thrive, while driving talent management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Learning & Development, Organisational Development or Talent Management.
• Experience designing, developing and delivering learning programmes.
• Knowledge of talent management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning and development needs with managers and stakeholders.
• Design, develop and improve onboarding, leadership development and technical training.
• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops and presentations.
• Introduce digital and blended learning methods.
• Manage relationships with external training providers.
