Job summary

Inspire Education Group is seeking a Group Leadership, Learning & Development Manager to drive the People Plan 2026-2030 and help us become an exceptional employer where colleagues choose to work, grow and thrive.

You will lead leadership, learning and development across a workforce of over 1,200 colleagues, designing and delivering leadership programmes, creating career pathways and establishing coaching and mentoring opportunities while overseeing mandatory training.

Responsibilities

• Lead our leadership, learning and development strategy across a workforce of over 1,200 colleagues.
• Design and deliver leadership programmes and develop career pathways.
• Establish coaching and mentoring opportunities and oversee professional development and mandatory training.
• Maximise the impact of the Apprenticeship Levy investment to build talent pipelines.
• Shape the future workforce of the Group and support high‑performing leaders and managers.
