Job summary

The Together Trust is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Advisor to support colleague development across services. You will identify learning needs, design and deliver training, and promote a culture of continuous learning.

You’ll work with managers and leaders, coordinate service-based training, and use data to evaluate impact. Travel across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside is required.

Qualifications

• Level 5 qualification in learning and development, teaching or equivalent.
• Significant experience in conducting learning needs analysis and prioritising actions.
• Experience with OFSTED, CQC or related bodies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with services, managers and senior leaders to identify learning needs.
• Promote career development, accredited learning and leadership development opportunities.
• Lead regular learning needs analysis and use data to identify trends and priorities.
• Design, develop and deliver engaging training and development programmes.
• Coordinate and promote training across allocated services, ensuring compliance.
