As a
Learning & Development Advisor, you will work closely with managers, senior leaders and colleagues across your allocated services to understand their learning needs and provide effective development solutions. You will play a key role in
career development, leadership development, training delivery and learning needs analysis, helping colleagues build their skills and progress their careers.
You will also take the lead in coordinating service-based training, maintaining training compliance, promoting learning opportunities and evaluating the impact of L&D activity.

Contract: Fixed term up to 14 months maternity cover
Location: Hybrid/Cheadle with expectation to travel to any of the Together Trust services

We are looking for an experienced L&D professional who is
organised, proactive and confident working with people at all levels. You will be able to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery and use data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
