Job summary

The Together Trust is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to partner with managers and leaders to shape a strong learning culture. You will manage learning needs analysis, design and deliver development programmes, and promote accredited opportunities to support colleagues’ careers.

The role requires travel across services, a Level 5 L&D qualification, and experience with OFSTED/CQC requirements. This fixed-term maternity cover is hybrid with travel across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and

Qualifications

• Level 5 qualification in learning and development or equivalent.
• Experience conducting learning needs analysis to identify priorities.
• Knowledge of OFSTED, CQC and relevant professional bodies.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with services, managers and leaders to identify learning needs.
• Promote accredited learning and leadership development opportunities.
• Lead learning needs analysis and use data to identify trends.
• Design, develop and deliver engaging training and development programmes.
• Deliver mandatory and wider L&D training across services.
• Coordinate training ensuring compliance and completion.
• Support a continuous learning culture across the Trust.
• Lead L&D projects delivering on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop learning content and digital resources.
• Evaluate programmes and report on attendance, evaluation and impact.
• Use LMS and dashboards to monitor activity and plan future training.
• Provide guidance on learning and career opportunities.
