Job summary

Together Trust is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to partner with managers and leaders across services, shaping learning strategy and delivery. You will drive development opportunities, coordinate compliant training, and promote a culture of continuous improvement across the charity.

The role covers hybrid working with travel to multiple Together Trust sites in Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside, and supports staff, volunteers and families in delivering high-quality learning

Qualifications

• Level 5 qualification in learning and development, teaching or equivalent.
• Significant experience in learning needs analysis and identifying priorities.
• Understanding OFSTED, CQC and relevant professional bodies.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with services, managers and leaders to identify learning needs.
• Promote career development, accredited learning and leadership development opportunities.
• Lead regular learning needs analysis and use data to identify trends.
• Design, develop and deliver engaging training and development programmes.
• Deliver elements of mandatory and wider L&D training.
• Coordinate and promote training across services ensuring compliance.
• Support a continuous learning culture across the Trust.
• Lead L&D projects delivering on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop and quality-assure learning content.
