Job summary

The Together Trust is seeking a Learning & Development Advisor to work across services, understanding learning needs and delivering effective development solutions. You will lead on needs analysis, training design and evaluation while promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

You will coordinate service-based training, ensure compliance, travel across Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside, and contribute to leadership and accredited learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 5 qualification in learning and development or equivalent.
• Significant experience in learning needs analysis and prioritising learning.
• Familiar with OFSTED, CQC and relevant professional bodies.
• Advanced ICT skills including Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with services, managers and leaders to identify learning needs.
• Design, develop and deliver engaging training and development programmes.
• Coordinate and promote training across services, ensuring compliance.
• Lead learning needs analysis using data to identify trends and priorities.
• Evaluate programmes and report on attendance, completion, and impact.
• Use LMS dashboards to monitor activity and plan future training.
