Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Key Account Manager Plumbing & Heating Systems in St Albans to service and grow a portfolio of underfloor heating systems for main contractors, plumbing and mechanical contractors, and house builders. You will manage enquiries, quotations and orders, build a strong sales pipeline, identify upsell opportunities and act as a product expert from enquiry to order handover.

The role offers £40,000-£42,500 plus commission and requires excellent communication and numerical

Qualifications

• Must have experience in an account management, sales support or related role in construction.
• Ideally experience with underfloor heating systems and selling to main/ plumbing contractors and house builders.
• Strong lead generation and prospecting skills with good commercial and numerical awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Key Account Manager handling underfloor heating systems sold to main contractors and house builders.
• Develop and manage existing customer accounts to maximise sales and growth.
• Handle enquiries, quotations and orders with excellent service.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the product range.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Act as a trusted product expert from enquiry through to order handover.
