Qualifications

• Must be a Project Manager with experience working for a specialist subcontractor.
• Knowledge of underfloor heating/plumbing and heating is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all elements of project from cradle to grave.
• Liaise with management, labour, sub‑contractors, and suppliers.
• Produce health and safety documentation for projects.
