Job summary

Mitchell Maguire is seeking a Specification Sales Manager – Radiators, Heat Pumps, HIU’s & Boilers to drive specification-driven project sales across the South West of the UK. You will engage M&E consultants, contractors and local authorities to win core commercial projects and grow turnover from the current £700k base.

Working in a focused territory, you will promote a range of heating products and manage relationships with specifiers to secure long-term business and repeat opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing & heating/HVAC specification sales.
• Proven track record in commercial project sales.
• Experience selling to M&E consultants and contractors.
• Ability to generate new business and manage long-term relationships.
• Not a job hopper; stable employment history.

Responsibilities

• Promote range of radiators, HIUs, heat pumps and boilers.
• Focus on generating commercial project sales.
