Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in account management or project management.
• Track record managing multi-stakeholder projects for Key Accounts.
• Understanding of water metering, thermal energy, and IoT technologies.
• Experience with AMR/AMI metering products and IoT ecosystems.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-value contracts in water smart metering and DaaS.
• Build and maintain relationships with utility providers and partners.
• Oversee DaaS solution implementation and drive client efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to meet client needs and deadlines.
• Act as the primary contact for technical issues.
• Lead projects from initiation to completion.
• Monitor SLAs and contract performance.
• Drive growth through renewals and upselling.
• Travel within the UK and Europe to engage clients.
