Rexel UK is seeking an Internal Sales Person to manage existing customer accounts and grow new business in the branch. You will serve customers by phone, in-branch, or via email, delivering a high level of service and building customer loyalty.

You will handle a live portfolio, identify opportunities, and support the wider branch team including Trade Counter duties and order picking to ensure on-time fulfilment.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer-focused sales role.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
• Comfortable meeting targets and working in a competitive environment.
• Ability to work across phone, email and face-to-face.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a live portfolio of existing customers and develop new business to meet branch targets.
• Provide excellent customer service to key accounts over phone, in-branch, or via email.
