Artis HR are supporting a leading organisation to appoint an Internal Communications Lead on a 6 month fixed-term contract. This hands-on role focuses on people communications, shaping messages, and working with senior leaders to connect actions to priorities.

You will deliver plans, campaigns and practical communications advice across channels, supporting and developing colleagues within the team.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in internal communications within a complex organisation.
• Experience planning and delivering multi-channel communications campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, translating complex information clearly.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and providing practical advice.
• Experience supporting or managing others and developing people.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, pragmatic approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of internal communications plans aligned to business priorities.
• Develop clear, engaging messages translating complex information.
• Provide communications advice to senior and operational stakeholders.
• Plan and deliver campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support People, change and sensitive communications activity.
• Manage day-to-day internal channels ensuring timely content.
• Collaborate with Communications, HR and other teams.
• Use feedback and insights to drive improvements.
• Support and develop colleagues within the communications team.
