Job summary

Artis Recruitment is supporting a sizeable, complex organisation in Wales to recruit an experienced Internal Communications Manager for a hybrid role. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and HR teams to shape messages that help colleagues understand change, why it matters and what it means for them.

You’ll turn complex information into clear, engaging communications, build trusted advisory relationships, and deliver plans and campaigns across multiple channels that align with business

Qualifications

• Strong internal communications experience in sizeable or multi-site organisations.
• Experience developing and delivering communications plans rather than only producing content.
• Excellent writing skills with ability to simplify complex topics.
• Confident working directly with senior stakeholders and advising when needed.
• Experience communicating business transformation or change initiatives.
• Understanding of internal channels and how to use them effectively.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Experience coaching or developing other communications professionals.
• Collaborative style with good judgement for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior leaders and act as trusted adviser on communications timing.
• Create internal communication plans and campaigns around key priorities and change.
• Turn complex/technical information into clear, engaging messages.
• Develop compelling stories that help employees understand the bigger picture.
• Create content across internal channels and tailor for different audiences.
• Support communications around organisational change and sensitive activity.
• Collaborate with HR and other teams to ensure coordinated messages.
• Develop team skills and deliver high-quality work.
• Use feedback and data to continually improve communications.
• Manage multiple projects and maintain a high standard of delivery.
