Artis HR is supporting a leading organisation to appoint an Internal Communications Lead on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on role focuses on people, helping colleagues understand what is happening and why it matters.

You will work with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver clear, engaging messages across channels, plan campaigns and support change and employee engagement across a busy organisation.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in internal communications within a large or complex organisation.
• Ability to plan and deliver communications across multiple channels.
• Clear written and verbal communication, translating complex information into engaging messages.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal communications plans aligned to business priorities.
• Develop clear communications that simplify complex information.
• Provide practical communications advice to senior stakeholders.
• Plan and deliver campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support people, change and sensitive communications activities.
• Manage day-to-day internal channels ensuring timely, relevant content.
• Collaborate with Communications, HR and other teams.
• Use feedback and basic metrics to drive improvements.
• Support and develop colleagues within the communications team.
