Job summary

Artis Recruitment is assisting a large, complex organisation to recruit an experienced Internal Communications Manager for a hybrid role. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape messaging that explains what change means for colleagues and why it matters, turning complex topics into clear, engaging content.

You’ll plan and deliver internal comms across a defined area, build trusted relationships with leadership, craft stories, adapt content for multiple channels and support

Qualifications

• Strong internal communications experience within a large or multi-site business.
• Experience developing and delivering communications plans, not just content creation.
• Excellent writing skills that simplify complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver internal communications across a defined area.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and act as trusted adviser on communications timing.
• Turn complex or technical information into clear, engaging messages.
• Develop compelling stories that show how work contributes to the bigger picture.
• Create content across channels and tailor for different audiences.
• Support organisational change and sensitive topics.
• Coordinate with HR and other teams to ensure consistency.
• Develop and coach junior team members to maintain quality.
