Artis Recruitment is supporting a large organisation in the UK to recruit an experienced Internal Communications Manager. This hybrid role is hands-on and business-facing, working with senior leaders to clarify priorities and what changes mean for colleagues.

You’ll shape messages, plan campaigns around organisational change, and turn complex information into clear storytelling. You’ll partner with HR and communications to deliver high-quality, coordinated communications that engage staff.

Qualifications

• Strong internal communications experience within large or multi-site organisations.
• Experience developing and delivering communications plans, not just content.
• Excellent writing skills; ability to simplify complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with senior leaders and advisers on when to communicate.
• Creating internal communication plans and campaigns around key priorities and change.
