Job summary

Lovey is seeking an HR and Recruitment Advisor in Birmingham City Centre. This permanent, office-based role involves supporting HR operations, onboarding new hires, maintaining records, and advising managers on HR policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration/advisor roles.
• CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of all HR disciplines.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of generalist HR services to management and staff.
• Provide professional advice and interpret HR policies for managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and handle ER cases.
• Support attendance, sickness, discipline, and grievance processes.
• Coordinate onboarding, notetaking at meetings, and HRIS data entry.
• Assist with recruitment, interviews, and issuing offer letters.
