Job summary

Lovey in Birmingham is hiring a Talent Acquisition Resourcer on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will focus on high‑volume sales recruitment, sourcing candidates for SDR and BDM roles, and conducting initial screening calls.

You’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and Sales leadership, spend substantial time on outbound calling, building pipelines, and moving candidates through the process in a target‑driven environment. No prior recruitment experience required.

• Experience in recruitment is not required.
• Strong communication and resilience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales recruitment environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source high volumes of candidates for SDR/BDM.
• Use LinkedIn, job boards and databases to attract candidates.
• Make outbound calls and sell Loveyopportunities to candidates.
• Build and maintain strong sales talent pipelines.
• Screen candidates via telephone/video interviews and document results.
