Job summary

The HR Dept is recruiting an HR Advisor to provide timely HR guidance and support to a diverse client base across Warwickshire. You will manage client relationships, draft letters and policies, and attend client meetings on-site as required.

The role offers opportunities for CPD, cross-sector exposure, and growth of advisory services. You will travel to client sites across Coventry and Warwickshire, applying strong generalist HR knowledge and employment law updates to practical solutions for

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or above is essential.
• Strong generalist HR experience across SMEs and organisations.
• Solid employment law knowledge with active CPD.
• Excellent written English and numeracy; accurate at pace.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide practical HR guidance.
• Draft letters, policies, contracts of employment and handbooks.
• Attend client meetings on-site and support growth of services.
• Account manage key clients and deliver ad-hoc HR projects (restructures, policy development).
• Travel across Coventry and Warwickshire to deliver on-site support.
