Job summary

Jewellery Quarter Bullion is seeking a proactive HR & Recruitment Advisor to deliver broad generalist HR support including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and employee relations from our Birmingham head office. You'll work closely with the HR Business Partner to drive efficient processes and a positive employee experience.

This hands-on role covers employee lifecycle management, HRIS/ATS use, policy reviews and MI reporting in a fast-paced, growing business committed to operational excellence

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR Coordinator/Officer/Advisor role.
• Experience supporting employee relations matters and recruitment coordination.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Recruit end-to-end activity for vacancies; sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews and HR lifecycle processes.
• Support absence management and payroll changes with accuracy.
• Provide first-line HR guidance to managers and employees.
• Maintain confidential HR records and generate HR reports.
