Qualifications

• Significant experience in leading business-critical HR projects, preferably in Financial Services.
• Confident and self-directing with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage relationships with 3rd party suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of the project through the full project lifecycle.
• Ensure project governance and reporting is maintained.
• Build mitigation plans for risks and issues throughout the lifecycle.
