Job summary

Intuitive is seeking an HR Partner to work with Centers of Expertise and HR Business Leaders to provide high-touch, face-to-face support on HR processes and complex issues beyond People Services.

The role partners with managers to foster a positive employee environment, supports large groups, liaises with COEs, and drives HR initiatives and coaching across locations to sustain a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Human Resources in a client-facing role.
• 8+ years in an HR/COE role – working knowledge required to apply COE interventions.
• 5+ years of experience in a global and distributed work environment.
• Experience with project management and organization transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or HR-related field desired; SHRM certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Build a positive employee environment aligning with Intuitive’s culture and values.
• Provide day-to-day support to HRBLs for large groups with timely guidance.
• Collaborate with People Services to deliver cyclical processes and business needs.
• Act as liaison between client groups and HR teams to resolve cases and improve processes.
• Manage works council and local HR consultation activities; support ER case management.
