Job summary

Rehlko is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide proactive, commercially focused HR support across our group. This hands-on role partners with senior leaders to drive people strategies that boost performance and growth, balancing strategic input with day-to-day HR delivery in a multi-site environment.

You will advise on employee relations, change initiatives, and talent development while ensuring compliant HR practices and a positive employee experience across the organisation.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience supporting managers in multi-site or complex organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver effective people strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and absence management.
• Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures, TUPE, and workforce planning.
• Lead and support talent management, succession planning, and development initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with employment legislation and consistently applied across the group.
• Support recruitment strategies for key operational and professional roles.
• Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Promote a positive employee experience and strong company culture across all businesses.
