Job summary

Government Recruitment Service in Nuneaton is seeking an HR Business Partner to work with senior leaders across two divisions, ensuring capability, capacity and culture align with objectives. You will provide expert advice, challenge and coaching across a range of people matters, using data to identify risks and develop solutions.

You will lead Learning & Development and Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing, and collaborate with the Head of HR on the HR Strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced HR environment.
• Ability to lead Learning & Development and Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing initiatives.
• Provide expert HR advice, challenge and coaching across people matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance and talent management activities across two divisions.
• Develop workforce plans aligning capability, capacity and talent with objectives.
• Support SLTs and Management Boards on succession planning and talent development.
• Oversee Learning & Development and Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing priorities.
