NHS Jobs is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide expert advice on sickness absence management and a broad range of people-related issues. The role involves advising managers on TUPE, discipline, grievance, and inclusion, and developing robust People policies to support good employment practice.

You will lead investigations and hearings, interpret employment law, and collaborate with the Head of People & Culture to ensure consistent, effective practices across the division.

Competenze

• Provide expert sickness absence management advice to managers.
• Advise on employment issues including TUPE, discipline, grievance, bullying and harassment.
• Develop and implement People policies and procedures.
• Lead investigations, disciplinary, grievance, and capability processes.
• Provide advice on terms and conditions and employment law.
• Produce and implement People policies to support practice.

Mansioni

• Provide complex specialist sickness absence management advice to managers to maximise attendance at work.
• Provide timely advice on employment issues including TUPE, discipline, grievance, bullying and harassment; liaise with Head of People and Culture.
• Develop and implement People policies and procedures to ensure good employment practice.
• Lead People input for investigations, disciplinary, grievance, and capability hearings; advise on process and maintain records.
• Advise on terms and conditions of employment and employment legislation to ensure legal obligations are met.
• Produce and implement People policies to support good employment practice.
• Work with operational managers to maximise people resources and develop People plans for objectives and risk mitigation.
• Seek feedback from managers and update Head of People & Culture to improve service delivery.
• Cover for other People Business Partners when required.
