Job summary

Consortium Professional Recruitment Ltd is seeking a People Services Business Partner to work with the People Director and HR team to shape people strategy, influence positive change and support an inclusive workplace. The role offers flexible hybrid working and a forward-thinking culture.

You will partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, provide advice on employee relations and policy, coach managers, and use data to drive decisions while supporting key HR projects.

Qualifications

• Drive to deliver with a forward-thinking and collaborative approach.
• Broad HR generalist experience and strong employment law knowledge.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases and supporting change.
• Proven ability to guide, influence and coach managers.
• Restructure experience would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on people strategy, workforce planning and organisational change.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, employment law and HR policies.
• Coach managers to build confidence and improve people management.
• Champion employee engagement, inclusion and continuous improvement.
• Use people data to inform decisions and support organisational priorities.
• Support on specific HR projects.
